
Property Committee

The Property Committee supervises all of the property of the congregation; repairs and maintains the property; works with the Council to purchases new equipment and supplies; supervises custodial work, snow removal, and yard work; and assists in the developing property use guidelines.

Improvement Committee

The Improvement Committee originated from a discussion held at a Vision Team meeting and was formed as the Vision Team members recognized that the church did not have a formal group responsible for facility updates such as painting, replacing flooring, or other improvements. Because these types of updates were not considered repairs, they did not fall under the responsibility of the Property Committee. To address this gap, the Improvement Committee was created and now works closely with the Property Committee to achieve shared goals. This collaboration ensures that important updates are managed effectively and that the church facilities continue to be well cared for and improved.
